Thank you for stopping by!
Lifestyle, our passion...that is how we describe what we do.  It's the day to day, remember when, wish I could have been there type of moments.  It's real life captured forever...not only in a photograph, but in your hearts, your minds, your souls.  We truly are thankful for this role God has blessed us with.  We look forward to sharing these moments, along with our journey, in this crazy place called life.

Please use the tabs above to help navigate your way through the blog.  Current clients can find their images under the websites tab.  Over time, I will be sharing moments that inspire us to do what we do.  Feel free to grab some coffee and stay awhile...

Every time I photograph little Andrew, I can't help but fall more in love with the little guy.  He is so happy, cute and lovable.  I have truly enjoyed capturing his first year and look forward to the next session...it will be here before I know it! :)  As for his mom, dad and big sister...I love that I am getting to know them as well (it's hard not to capture his big sister-she is such a doll!).  Such a sweet family.  It's an honor to capture these precious moments for them.  Hugs to the 4 of you!!

This being the month of November, I can't help but stop and think of the many blessings we experience throughout one single year.  I am so thankful for our business and where it continues to take us, and am equally thankful for the many people that come into our lives.  Every time I get to capture our former wedding clients entry into parenthood, I am reminded once again how blessed we are.  Having the opportunity to be a part of the important moments in life is so rewarding and honoring.

Back in early September, we were in Chicago for Paul and Kristin's wedding.  We shot Mark and Becky's wedding 2 summers ago and loved that they contacted us to capture their newest addition, Emma.  She is an absolute doll...so beautiful!  And, she sported dad's alma mater well. ;)  I love seeing how natural the parent instinct kicks when with your first child...they've got it down. :)

Thanks for letting us come and capture this sweet time for you.  Hope to see the 3 of you again soon!  Much love and hugs!

I had such a great time getting to know Alec for his senior session.  He was so easy going and even laughed at my (not-so-funny) jokes.  I also loved the fact that he is already working on his plan for after high school.  It's such a tough decision and I love hearing their game plan.  Thanks for traveling all the way from Illinois for your senior session.  It was an honor getting to know you!  Best of luck as you pursue your dreams!

I love getting to photograph new families.  There is so much personality taking place that I can't help but get caught up in all of it.  We did get to meet this family at Ted and Anne's wedding in June, so when I got the email from Elizabeth I was excited to get to document the four of them earlier this fall.  The kids were as cute as can be and definitely fit the role of brother and sister. ;)  It was so wonderful seeing all of you again!  Looking forward to connecting soon!  Hugs to you!

I love the dreaming side of a senior.  They are excited, yet anxious, of what their future has in store for them.  They are given the chance to dream big and act on those thoughts.  They are starting to realize that the real world is just around the corner.  Well, I know Kristina beyond her senior session.  Her family has a very special place in our hearts.  They have loved us like their own family and are such a true blessing to us all.

Kristina...I can't believe it's your turn.  You're beautiful inside and out.  Always follow your heart, and remember that God will guide you along the way.  Love you...
